Revision note (September 5, 2026): The helium-4 nuclear configuration (Validation 2.2) was rerun with corrected simulator energy accounting. The 5.27 fm configuration remains stable and bound, but its dynamical state is a 1:1 tidal lock with \(\pm 35^\circ\) libration rather than a 1:2 resonance, and the "natural ground state" claim is downgraded pending an explicit selection criterion. See Nuclear Structure Validation, Section 0.
Introduction
